Our phone lines are available 24 hours a day in an emergency for members with urgent medicolegal queries, or you can submit your query online.
If you are a member with claims-made membership, you have an obligation to tell us of any adverse incidents or events that you think might lead to you seeking assistance and/or indemnity from us as soon as possible.
Associates are a group of Medical Protection members. They provide peer support rather than medicolegal advice, but of course treat everything in the strictest confidence.
Through our expert panel of lawyers, Medical Protection members have access to specialist legal advice and representation covering a range of professional issues.
If you feel MPS could have done better or there is something you believe we should be doing differently we would like to hear from you even if you do not want to make a formal complaint.
