The four webinars in our How to thrive at work series have been created with your wellbeing in mind. Each helps doctors, and all healthcare professionals, understand the tools needed to create time for themselves, to find the calmness to make better decisions, to set boundaries for themselves, and discover ways to work happier, not harder.

Throughout the series, which are exclusive to our members, experts from Medical Protection will be joined by guest speakers, Dr Rachel Morris and Dr Caroline Walker.

Dr Rachel Morris is the host of the You Are Not A Frog Podcast and a GP with over 20 years of experience in the NHS. Rachel taught General Practice and Professionalism at the University of Cambridge, before training as an Executive Coach, and has created the Shapes Toolkit Programme. Unlike other resilience training which may overwhelm you with theory and concentrate on just one aspect of resilience alone, the Shapes Toolkit has been created for professionals in healthcare and focuses on making work a good place to be, as well as helping people live well, take control of their workload and respond to things in a resilient manner.

Dr Caroline Walker is a psychiatrist, therapist, speaker, trainer and coach. For more than 10 years, Caroline has helped overworked and underappreciated doctors with their mental health and career towards happier, healthier and fulfilled lives. She has founded The Joyful Doctor to create a platform to support even more doctors.
