Beverley Proctor joined MPS in July 2016 as Director of HR before being promoted to Executive Director in March 2017.
She has responsibility for the development and delivery of our HR and Talent & Development strategy, which aims to develop highly engaged and technically excellent people who feel able to achieve their full potential.
On an interim basis Beverley is accountable for the Member Protection and Support Division which is at the forefront of protecting the careers, reputation and financial risk of our members worldwide. She has responsibility for ensuring the provision of excellent service delivery, which is trusted and valued by members and provides fair treatment and outcomes.
Prior to joining MPS, she held senior HR roles at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, leading on the organisational development of their Transformational Programme across logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, and head office functions. She has also served as HR Director at Direct Line Group’s Green Flag and UKI Partnerships (B2B), involved in the acquisitions and integration of multiple companies in their portfolio. Through her tenure, she ensured the training and competency frameworks, processes, and systems were established to meet regulatory requirements.
She has over 20 years’ expertise in organisational development, change management, HR mergers and acquisitions, HR strategy, strategic organisation design, change leadership and talent and performance management.
