You might not have heard of MPS, but we’re the world’s largest provider of indemnity protection for healthcare professionals worldwide, safeguarding them against medical malpractice claims and investigations.

We’re an evolving organisation, making changes to shape MPS so we’re fit for the future. Join us, and you’ll find an ambitious organisation in the middle of a transition. We’re looking for people who are as driven as we are, with expertise in a broad range of roles and who can pick up and fit into our high-performance culture.

Now is a great time to join and help us shape our future.

About MPS

As a not-for-profit organisation we offer a wide range of jobs and career paths. Our culture is shaped by providing excellent support to our members, who are healthcare professionals (HCPs) from around the world.

To truly represent HCPs, it’s important we’re led by HCPs. The MPS Council is effectively our board of directors and is made up of highly respected healthcare professionals and other industry specialists from around the world.

We employ nearly 1,000 talented colleagues worldwide, who serve more than 300,000 members. We have office locations in Australia (Brisbane), Hong Kong, Ireland (Dublin), South Africa (Pretoria), and the UK (Leeds and London), with colleagues also working in the Caribbean, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Our colleagues span continents but remain connected to one another and to our purpose. Will you be the next to join us?

Our culture is important

We’re working hard to consciously create an inclusive global culture where people feel they belong. You’ll see us living our values in the recruitment process through our commitment to respond to every applicant.

In 2024, supported by experts, we carried out some work to deepen our understanding of our culture and to create a collective vision of what we want it to be as an organisation and as an employer. This work informed our blueprint for global cultural transformation, which has five priorities:

  1. Our new strategy
  2. Values and behaviours
  3. Leadership development
  4. Global belonging
  5. People and performance

All three of our colleague survey measures – leadership, engagement and inclusion – tracked above our benchmark in 2024.
