OPERATIONAL POLICY ANALYST

Our Member Operations Department has a requirement for an Operational Policy Analyst on a 6 month fixed term contract, based in our Leeds office.

Member Operations provide a world class service to member contacts through multiple communication channels, primarily by telephone, written and email and make outbound contacts as appropriate to maintain and enhance the service.

The post holder will continuously review & improve our Member Operations policies and processes, to root cause and analyse member dissatisfaction and deliver recommended improvements.

We will be looking for candidates who have experience of maintaining operational procedures and guides, who are able to review key policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement. In addition, you will work with line managers to ensure their understanding of any service failure and development of methodologies to address these.
