A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Infrastructure Analyst to join us in a permanent role, based in our Leeds office.
IT Operations provides the highest quality technology-based services, in the most cost-effective manner, to support MPS’s business strategy and strategic change programme. The department develops, enhances and manages applications and infrastructure through appropriate architecture streams to provision highly effective, reliable, secure, and innovative information systems to support MPS in its delivery of a world class service by exceptional staff.
The role of the Lead Infrastructure Analyst is to ensure effective use of MPS information technology through its efficient installation, development, support and maintenance. The role also requires an ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. The role holder will also provide a technical escalation point and mentoring for the team of Infrastructure Analysts.
Candidates should have a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience
In addition to this, Microsoft MCSE / MCITP certification or demonstrable equivalent experience would be an advantage.
