A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join us in a permanent role, based in our Leeds office.

IT Operations provides the highest quality technology-based services, in the most cost-effective manner, to support MPS’s business strategy and strategic change programme.  The department develops, enhances and manages applications and infrastructure through appropriate architecture streams to provision highly effective, reliable, secure, and innovative information systems to support MPS in its delivery of a world class service by exceptional staff.

The role of the 3rd Line Support Analyst will be to act as a technical escalation point and manage any incidents and requests escalated from the 2nd line Service Desk team.

We will be looking for candidates who have attained or be in the process of achieving an appropriate Microsoft certification to meet the demands of their role, or demonstrate the equivalent experience. We are ideally looking for detailed knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies and knowledge of desktop virtualisation technologies.
