Why Medical Protection Society?

For more than a century, the Medical Protection Society (MPS) has been a not-for-profit organisation representing almost 300,000 doctors, dentists and healthcare professionals (HCPs) around the world.

We’re purpose-led, which means our people have plenty in common – we’re all committed to supporting and caring for HCPs so they can continue to dedicate their time to making other people’s lives better.

Wholly-owned by our members, we protect and support their interests, championing safe practise in medicine and dentistry. We also campaign for regulatory and legal reforms that benefit members and the wider healthcare professions.

To provide this support, we need a team of committed and exceptional colleagues – from IT experts to claims advisors and data analysts to communications and marketing managers. We have bases in nine countries and we’re proud to unite our colleagues through our shared purpose and strategic ambitions: the commitment to representing our members.
