We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to look after our Professional Services Division (PSD), and who will operate from our offices in London but be part of the wider HR department.

The purpose of this role is to define and implement the People strategy for PSD, as well as ensuring HR delivers a mixture of ‘hands-on’ operational support and strategy. Such as improving our talent bench strength and delivering various projects and change management initiatives.

The successful HR Business Partner will work alongside senior stakeholders to improve their leadership capability and to facilitate a positive matrix management relationship across the organisation.

You’ll need to have previous experience of operating at a HR Business partner level, ideally within a professional services environment.

You will have the ability to deliver both operational and strategic objectives alongside leading both HR and change management initiatives. You will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work autonomously and ideally be CIPD/ degree qualified.

This role will occasionally require some travel to our Leeds office.
