The COVID-19 pandemic has placed enormous strain on medical practitioners. New ways of working have been required and practitioners have had to juggle constraints on time, personnel and resources. More than ever, Medical Protection believes it is critical to support members to sustain high performance by caring for colleagues and team members during this period of significant risk.

Risk Prevention and Cognitive Institute Senior Medical Educator, Dr Lynne McKinlay shares practical, evidence-based strategies to care for colleagues during this unprecedented time in our professional lives.
