This protection sits alongside – and does not replace – the need for every health practitioner within the practice to maintain their own individual indemnity or insurance arrangements.

Please note: This protection is contingent on all health practitioners within the practice maintaining valid individual indemnity or insurance. Claims relating to the care provided by a practitioner who does not hold such protection, or where evidence of cover cannot be provided, will not be supported.
