The FY-F1 Renewal Campaign voucher prize draw (“the Promotion”) is open to UK-resident final year medical student members who renew their membership to F1. Entry is free and automatic when you successfully renew your membership between 00:00 on 1 January 2026 and 23:59 on 31 May 2026. Late or incomplete renewals will not be eligible. Only one entry per person is permitted.  

There are 100 vouchers available to be won, with prizes ranging in value from £20, £50 or £200. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants after the closing date. Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their membership account in August 2026. Vouchers will be issued by email within 30 days, and details of how to redeem them, along with any applicable redemption terms and conditions, will be provided at that time. No vouchers will be sent by post. 

The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter (Medical Protection Society), or anyone professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or for vouchers not received due to incorrect or outdated contact details.  

The surname and county of major prize winners can be obtained by sending a request to bdevsupport@medicalprotection.org within 30 days of the closing date. 

The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, and to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.  

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding. Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy for the purposes of administering this Promotion. 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
