We are delighted to announce an extension to our partnership with contract specialists Buxton Coates Solicitors, a full-service independent law firm providing bespoke legal solutions to businesses, and the healthcare sector.

When starting at a new practice or accepting a new contract, it is important to ensure the agreement works for you. As a Medical Protection member, you have access to Buxton Coates Solicitors' contract checking service. Their experts will review your contract and provide legal advice on areas including indemnity and waiting list initiatives.

As part of your membership, Buxton Coates Solicitors will review your agreement and arrange a telephone appointment to discuss their advice and answer any questions you may have. The advice provided is tailored to each individual agreement. Members are entitled to a maximum of two contract reviews per membership year.
