IPRP division ensure MPS has a real insight and understanding of the present and future needs of our members and the changing dynamics of the markets we operate in, by delivering on-going development of sales, marketing, communications and education effectiveness to achieve targets for acquisition, brand engagement, and retention. The purpose of the role is to support the processes of planning, prioritising and driving changes to MPS member understanding through quantitative and qualitative market research projects. Support the development of insight and member and market understanding to help delivery of differentiated strategies and activity across our segments to enhance acquisition, engagement and retention (AER) and member experience.

As a Digital Communications Editor you will work as part of the Marketing Communications team and lead in the delivery of the digital marketing communications activity. This includes delivering email campaigns, performance reporting and analysis, website maintenance and contribution to MPS’s wider marketing communication initiatives.

We are currently recruiting for a Change Analyst to join our Strategic Change team, based in our Leeds office. The role holder will provide support and challenge as appropriate to ensure that deliveries meet defined requirements and will be expected to support multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment. Change Analysts support Project Leads as well as other project resource and implementation team members, to deliver initiatives that align to the vision, design principles of the change portfolio.

Medical Protection actively supports public health initiatives involving the vaccination of susceptible groups in the community, including the flu vaccine.
