ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of The Medical Protection Society Limited will be held on Friday 3 July 2026 at 11:00 (BST) at Victoria House, 2 Victoria Place, Holbeck, Leeds LS11 5AE and virtually.

Register your interest in attending
If you are a Voting Member and wish to attend the AGM, either virtually or in person, please register by clicking the ‘Register To Attend’ button below and completing the form no later than 11:00 (BST) on Wednesday 1 July 2026. Whilst registration is not mandatory, it will assist us in planning and making appropriate arrangements for the AGM.
We will send you joining instructions for virtual attendance, or information regarding in-person attendance, before the AGM.
Voting Members attending in person should bring a physical form of identification and their membership number to facilitate entry and voting at the AGM.
Members are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and limited catering will be available on arrival.
Proxy form
Members who want to vote at the AGM but are unable to attend can appoint a proxy to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting. Please submit your proxy form no later than 11:00 (BST) on 1 July 2026.
