Dr Rob Hendry
Medical Director, Medical Protection
Originally from Glasgow, Dr Rob Hendry studied medicine at Dundee University. He became a partner in an urban teaching practice in Dundee in 1986, before completing an MPhil in law and ethics in medicine at Glasgow University.
As the Medical Director at Medical Protection, Dr Rob Hendy and his team take over 100 calls a day regarding complaints. This covers all manner of queries including doctors who have complaints to their regulator, employers and others, many of which fall into this particular area.
Dr Kirsa Morganti
Dr Kirsa Morganti has over 23 years’ experience in general practice, both as a GP and as a partner. She continues her work in a clinical practice as a locum.
As part of her work with Medical Protection, Dr Morganti has extensive experience managing complaints. This ranges from helping with responses as well as guiding members when complaints refer to performance concerns being investigated by NHSE England or the GMC.
