This webinar will help you understand how to deal with a complaint in conjunction with your duty of candour. It also clarifies how to embrace complaints and improve your practice in the future.
Through case studies Dr Hendry and Dr Morganti will highlight the situations that could result in a complaint, discuss how we can be there to help you, and identify the emerging risks you need to be aware of.
