Last updated 18/05/2020 MPS has produced a briefing document ahead of the Medical Innovation Bill’s Second reading in the House of Commons, which is currently scheduled for Friday 6 March. Throughout the Bill’s progress, MPS has been concerned that it could damage the doctor-patient relationship, give false reassurance to some doctors, and hinder current responsible medical innovation.
