TALENT & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries. A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of International Communications to join us in a permanent role, based in our Leeds office.

Due to on-going projects we are looking for Talent & Development Administrator to join our Talent & Development department on a fixed term contract until the end of October.

This role will provide administration support for the Talent & Development team and will deal with project related enquiries, both by email and via the telephone. This also includes arranging meetings and diary management for project teams. Additional this position will be responsible for the collation of data and reports as well as keeping the learning management system up to date.

Candidates must have experience of managing the administration for a department or team previously, and experience of working with learning management systems would be an advantage. Importantly, you must be able to adapt to change, work autonomously and adhere to tight deadlines. Excellent IT skills are also a prerequisite, with knowledge of Excel and Outlook particularly important.
