Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.
We are recruiting for a Systems Trainer to work as part of our Talent & Development department in Leeds, initially on a fixed term contract until the end of July 2017.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Talent & Development department with the delivery of MPS’s strategic projects. The successful candidate will work across the business delivering systems training workshops.
You’ll need to have experience of designing, delivering and facilitating training workshops and the ability to build relationships across the business. You will be experienced in carrying out training needs analysis which will be vital in understanding the individual needs of each department across MPS.
Ideally you will possess a certificate in training practice, or something similar, and possess good project management skills. You must be able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of IDIT and Sapiens systems is a distinct advantage but not a prerequisite for the role. However, you must have a proven track record of delivering training across a variety of systems and platforms.
