Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

As part of MPS’s continual growth and evolution, our Strategic Change department is looking for two PMO Analysts to be based in our Leeds office, on 12 month fixed term contracts.

As a PMO Analyst you will work closely with the wider PMO team and contribute to MPS’s programme and project delivery. You will be responsible for tracking status of programme and project deliverables, risk and issue coordination, project governance and post implementation reviews.

At times a PMO Analyst may be asked to provide direct project support. This will include ensuring project plans and documentation is complete and up to date, help to acquire necessary resources and working with the project managers to ensure financial management and tracking.

In order to be considered for the role you must possess previous PMO experience. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, as well as previous experience of project coordination is highly desirable.

Candidates will preferably either be degree educated or possess relevant professional qualifications, although these are not a prerequisite, coupled with excellent IT skills including MS Project.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across an organisation is a necessity.
