As a result of growth we are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to look after our International activities, and who will work as part of our HR team in Leeds.

The purpose of this role is to define and implement the International People strategy. The successful HR Business Partner will work as part of the wider International team partnering closely with senior stakeholders and leaders across the organisation. 

You’ll need to have previous experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner within a competitive commercial environment, coupled with practical work experience within an International HR environment.

You will have the ability to deliver both operational and strategic objectives alongside leading both HR and change management initiatives. You will also understand the key importance of regional employment legislation and partner with senior stakeholders in facilitating a positive matrix management relationship across various cultures and time zones.

This role will require some international travel from time to time.

You must also possess excellent communications skills, the ability to work autonomously and ideally be CIPD/ degree qualified.
