Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of International Communications to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract, based in our Leeds office.
The purpose of this role is to lead the international communications and engagement strategy with international members and stakeholders. The post-holder will devise, direct and oversee member and stakeholder engagement plans in support of our international strategy and corporate plans.
The post-holder will work as an integral part of the wider Communications team and the MPS International team, reporting to the Director of Communications and Policy. There will also be direct line management responsibility for 4 members of staff.
The Head of International Communications will form part of the dedicated resource to support MPS International, ensuring the member experience across marketing, all member collateral, events and communications is executed and managed consistently.
The international aspect of this role requires previous experience of planning and implementing marketing and communications strategy across international markets.
Additionally, you will be outstanding in all aspects of communication across multiple mediums and an exceptional people leader that can work cross-functionally in a multi-stakeholder environment with the confidence to challenge and drive ideas forward.
Ideally, you will be educated to degree standard or shall have a relevant professional qualification, coupled with the experience listed above.
