Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.
We are currently recruiting for three experienced Clinical Negligence solicitors to work within one of our International Claims Teams in London.
The purpose of this role is to directly manage a caseload of overseas (SE Asia) files, following initial assessment and referral. The Claims Manager will work as part of a collaborative, co-located team including in-house doctors, litigation solicitors, quantum and costs advisors, claims assistants and support staff.
You’ll need to have extensive clinical negligence experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to competently set and implement case strategy through to resolution; coupled with the understanding and importance of accurate claims estimates and data.
You must also have strong interpersonal skills demonstrated in a high performance environment, excellent analytical ability, good negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in the face of challenge and assertion.
