Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries. 

Our Communications and Policy department has a requirement for a Change Communications Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Leeds office.

Working as part of the central change communications team, you will devise and deliver an integrated plan of activities and contribute to MPS’s overall internal communications strategy.

You will be responsible for providing communications support to develop and deliver change communications plans for the organisation, while maintaining on-going activities for other areas of the organisation.

In order to be considered for this role you must possess a demonstrable experience of developing and delivering change communications plans and managing and coordinating overarching communication and engagement plans. Experience of managing and reporting on the effectiveness of core internal communication channels is also a necessity. 

Ideally you will be degree educated and CIPR qualified, although this is not a prerequisite. Project management qualifications would also be an advantage for the role but are not essential. 

You must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with the ability to interpret and simplify complex material for a range of audiences.
