Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

Our Professional Services Division has a requirement for CMAs in both UK and International teams based in our London office.

As a CMA you will provide support to Medicolegal and Dentolegal Consultants and Case Managers Team dealing with cases and you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and working under the direction of a team leader.

In order to apply for the role you must have at least 12 months experience of assisting case handlers in a legal, medical/dental or insurance organisation. You will also possess high quality oral and written communication skills, including a high attention to detail, together with the ability to display tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You will be IT literate with the ability to learn new in house systems quickly along with an excellent knowledge of Windows suite software.

Knowledge of professions regulatory framework and medical terminology is highly desirable but not a prerequisite for the position. The ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines including diary management is essential to the role.
