This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

Our Acquisition, Engagement & Retention (AER) Department has a requirement for a Business Development Executive on a permanent contract. This role is field based and will be looking after our Dental market segment within London and the South East.

As a Business Development Executive you will work closely with the wider AER team and have responsibility for implementing sales strategies within the consultants market to optimise customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

This role will identify opportunities to engage with members and specified target audiences; additionally you will measure and analyse the sales processes, communications and activities to improve our commercial capability.

In order to be considered for the position candidates must possess experience of working in sales, account management or business development, coupled with experience of implementing sales plans and achieving targets.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a sound grasp of account management and commercial principles which are essential for the role.

Importantly you must be emotionally intelligent, with the ability to build positive working relationships, and able to work collaboratively across an organisation.
