Our in-house experts assist with the wide range of legal and ethical problems that arise from professional practice. This can include clinical negligence claims, complaints, medical and dental council inquiries, legal and ethical dilemmas, disciplinary procedures, inquests and fatal accident inquiries.

Our Acquisition, Engagement & Retention (AER) Department has a requirement for a Business Development Executive on a permanent contract. This role is field based and will be looking after our Consultants market segment within London and the surrounding areas. This includes both the South East and South West.

As a Business Development Executive you will work closely with the wider AER team and have responsibility for implementing sales strategies within the consultants market to optimise customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

This role will identify opportunities to engage with members and specified target audiences; additionally you will measure and analyse the sales processes, communications and activities to improve our commercial capability to increase market share and maximise recruitment opportunities. You will also undertake strategic retention of key markets, and high value client/customers.

In order to be considered for the position candidates must possess experience of working in sales, account management or business development, coupled with experience of implementing sales plans and achieving targets.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a sound grasp of account management and commercial principles which are essential for the role.

Importantly you must be emotionally intelligent, with the ability to build positive working relationships, and able to work collaboratively across an organisation.
