An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join us in a permanent, field-based role working exclusively for our Dental members; from student members through to qualified Dentists.
The main purpose of this role is to implement sales strategies to optimise new member acquisition, to retain existing members and to enhance the membership journey through championing brand values.
The post-holder will implement business development activities to help achieve wider corporate objectives and these shall adhere to allocated budgets and time-scales.
Furthermore, the post-holder will measure and analyse sales processes, communications and activities to improve commercial capabilities and this will involve collaborative working with Marketing Managers to improve customer experience and to champion each customer-type at all stages of the process.
To be considered for this role, you must be a highly commercial and strategic business development professional with experience of working with a bespoke service (rather than product only) for a wide customer-base. You will seamlessly craft and nurture relationships as well as pro-actively identifying new business opportunities.
Confident and credible in your market, you will communicate complex concepts to specialists in the dental field and you will overcome challenges flawlessly through evidencing the excellence that MPS provides for our members.
