Medical Protection Society (MPS) has outlined five commitments designed to meet the evolving needs of members healthcare professionals in Hong Kong.
The pledges focus on service excellence, extended protection, broad range of service, investment in research and continued collaboration with industry leaders and partners.
They have evolved from discussions with members, partners and industry leaders, including at last year’s celebration of MPS’s 70-years of operations in Hong Kong.
Announcing the pledges, Chief Member Officer Dr Rob Hendry, said “Our ongoing commitment to Hong Kong is built on trust, partnership and innovation. We are determined to provide healthcare professionals with the support they need to deliver exceptional care and safeguard their future in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
“Each of these commitments is a step towards a future where we ensure members continue to have access to the highest standard of medicolegal protection, designed around their best interests.”
