Having closely followed the evolving coronavirus situation; and taking into consideration official advice and local needs, we have decided to postpone all our face to face events until further notice. We have taken this unprecedented decision because the health and safety of our members and colleagues is paramount.
We will continue monitoring the situation over the coming weeks and decide if there is a need to postpone any future events. We hope to be able to re-schedule the postponed events later in the year if possible. In the interim, you can still access online Risk Prevention programmes through our PRISM platform and we will be scheduling regular webinars.

Making Your Practice Safe
Developing a safety culture within your practice
Safety within your healthcare organisation will be dependent on your organisation’s safety culture.
The safety culture concept originated outside of healthcare. It is the way in which safety is managed in the workplace and often reflects the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety.
This three-hour workshop will help you to gain a greater understanding of the patient safety culture that exists in your practice, allowing you to identify and target areas for improvement.
Interesting and interactive.
The facilitator had excellent presentation skills and made everyone feel relaxed
