Risk management for primary care

In-house risk assessments, whole practice workshops, plus convenient online tools to help you quickly highlight areas of risk and develop effective solutions.

Making Your Practice Safe

Developing a safety culture within your practice

Safety within your healthcare organisation will be dependent on your organisation’s safety culture.

The safety culture concept originated outside of healthcare. It is the way in which safety is managed in the workplace and often reflects the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety.

This three-hour workshop will help you to gain a greater understanding of the patient safety culture that exists in your practice, allowing you to identify and target areas for improvement.

Interesting and interactive. The facilitator had excellent presentation skills and made everyone feel relaxed
