 Dr Lynne McKinlay is a Senior Medical Educator at Cognitive Institute\, a 
 subsidiary of the Medical Protection Society. Dr McKinlay is Medical Direc
 tor\, Learning and Workforce\, at Children&rsquo\;s Health Queensland\, Br
 isbane\, Australia and practises as a specialist in paediatric rehabilitat
 ion medicine. Dr McKinlay has a special interest in clinician wellbeing an
 d her research draws on training with Dr Tait Shanafelt at the Stanford Me
 dicine WellMD Center.\nDr McKinlay holds the position of senior lecturer w
 ith the School of Medicine\, University of Queensland\, Australia and was 
 the founding clinical director of the Queensland Cerebral Palsy and Rehabi
 litation Research Centre in the Faculty of Medicine at The University of Q
 ueensland.\n In 2015 Dr McKinlay received the Children&rsquo\;s Health Que
 ensland Australia Day Achievement Award for leadership and was a recipient
  of the Queensland Health Staff Excellence Silver Award for Leadership in 
 2004. She was a Churchill Fellow in 2002\, investigating paediatric rehabi
 litation systems of care in North America\, with this knowledge guiding on
 going development of the paediatric rehabilitation services in Queensland.
