 ection. \n\nDr Coope graduated from Edinburgh University in 1998 and compl
 eted her GP training in East Yorkshire where she worked as a partner until
  2014. Following this\, she combined GP work with CCG and medical educatio
 n roles\, gaining experience as a trainer\, specialising in a wide range o
 f communication skills and leadership aspects in different clinical settin
 gs.\n\nDr Coope has completed qualifications in coaching\, mentoring and m
 ediation and joined Medical Protection in 2020.\n\nDr Justin Cheng \nDr Ju
 stin Cheng is a Medicolegal Consultant with Medical Protection. \n\nDr Che
 ng is an experienced doctor who has developed a wealth of knowledge about 
 risk prevention. For the past 10 years\, Dr Cheng has been an educational 
 presenter in Hong Kong for Medical Protection&rsquo\;s Risk Prevention Edu
 cation Faculty. He has also co-authored the HKMA/MPS Risk Management Handb
 ook. \n\nDr Cheng joined Medical Protection as a Medicolegal Consultant in
  July 2020 and is dedicated to supporting members and protecting the inter
 ests of healthcare professionals in Hong Kong. As well as being a first po
 int of contact for members\, he will provide expert assistance in member c
 ases. Dr Cheng has worked extensively in medical groups and he will contin
