 rgeon based in Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Risk Prevention 
 Education Faculty. He has been presenting Medical Protection workshops in 
 the Asia Pacific Region since 2009. \n Dr Cheng has a long standing intere
 st in communication skills and risk management\, and he is the co-author o
 f the MPS/HKMA Risk Management Handbook. \n\nDr Sara Sreih\n\nDr Sara Srei
 h graduated from University College London in 2008 with a degree in medici
 ne\, having also obtained a BSc in Neuroscience and Basic Medical Sciences
 . She went on to train in psychiatry in West London\, gaining membership o
 f the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She has worked as a Postgraduate Med
 ical Education and Clinical Risk Fellow\, and obtained a Postgraduate Dipl
 oma in Clinical Education at UCL Institute of Education. Dr Sreih joined M
 PS in 2016 and now works as a Medicolegal Consultant advising and supporti
