Medicolegal talks

All our in-house advisers have practised clinical medicine and have received legal training. They regularly visit medical schools throughout the UK and Ireland to talk to medical students about the sorts of dilemmas that you may face once qualified. Medicolegal booklets

A series of booklets providing medicolegal advice on issues such as consent, and medical records, with versions particularly aimed at medical students.

Casebook

The journal of MPS. Each issue is full of news, features and case reports. It aims to promote safer practice by providing information and sharing experiences that you will find helpful. More than 90 per cent of members read it – one recently commented, ‘I value Casebook probably more than any other journal I receive’.
