MPS has issued a response to the consultation on the review of expenses in funding in civil litigation in Scotland.
In our response, we outline our position on issues relating to:

- Enhancing the predictability of the cost of litigation
- Referral fees
- Before the event (BTE) insurance
- Speculative fee arrangements
- Damages-based agreements ('Contingency funding')
