NICE consults on new guidance for treating neonatal infections

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) is developing a clinical practice guideline on using antibiotics to prevent and treat early onset neonatal infection.
The guidance will be used in the NHS in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Registered stakeholders are invited to comment on the recommendations laid out in this proposed guidance via the NICE website.
