Glen Coultish

Head of Systems and Change

As Head of Systems and Change, Glen is responsible for all IT systems within MPS and MPSrs as well as leading the OneMPS project of change throughout the business.

Glen has an MSC in Management from the University of York and over 20 years' experience in financial services in banking, life and pension and general insurance within the UK, South Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.

Prior to joining MPS, Glen worked for a management consultancy, where his responsibilities included advising and resolving issues for corporate clients on strategy and operations across the financial services sector.
