The aim of this workshop is to improve the health professional’s skills in making and keeping quality medical records.
The programme enables the understanding of the qualities required for effective record keeping and includes:
- What constitutes a medical record
- Why medical records are important
- How to write good medical records
- Dos and don’ts regarding clinical entries.

GP trainees, GPs, nurse practitioners and practice nurses.
