Simon Kayll

Chief Executive

Simon Kayll became CEO of MPS in 2012, having previously served as Finance Director for MPS since 1999. As Chief Executive, Simon is responsible for leading MPS to implement the strategy developed by Council. This includes:

• - Promoting and maintaining the values of MPS
• - Regularly reviewing MPS’s risk assessment procedures
• - Overseeing all major operational issues
• - Monitoring the company's financial performance. 

Simon is also a Director of MPI and MPSrs.

Simon gained a BA (Hons) in accounting and economics at Oxford Brookes University, before going on to achieve an MBA at Manchester Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales.

Simon qualified as an accountant with RSM Robson Rhodes LLP and spent a number of years as a management consultant, specialising in the financial service and legal sectors.
