Pauline Brown
Director of HR and Operations
Pauline joined MPS in 1990 from Consumers' Association at the time when NHS (Crown) Indemnity had just been introduced in the UK. At the time there were just over 100,000 MPS members worldwide.
After twelve and a half years as Membership Manager/Head of Membership Services, in 2002 she transferred to the HR Department as Head of HR and Services. She is responsible for providing advice and strategic direction to the Chief Executive, Executive Committee and other senior managers on all matters relating to HR.
Pauline has a particular interest in the delivery of high quality service to members. She has a mandate to operate across departmental boundaries to work with staff to maintain and enhance service levels, both internal and external. She also has overall responsibility for the Office Services function across the Leeds and London sites.
