MPS is a not-for-profit organisation owned by and accountable to its members. We believe we provide the best possible professional indemnity for doctors, which is flexible and responsive to the real needs of members.

We are not an insurance company, nor do we require the backing of one. We are not limited or restricted by any financial caps, terms and conditions, exclusions or ‘small print’.

We have the flexibility of discretion, which we have used many times to help doctors in difficult, unusual and unforeseen circumstances – those that are unlikely to be covered by a contract of insurance.
