The MPS E-learning platform provides an array of online learning material in core medicolegal and risk management areas that, although essential in reducing your exposure to complaints, often aren’t covered in medical training.
Modules are available across all career stages, covering core competency areas such as:
- Good medical practice
- Communication skills
- Medical record keeping
The E-learning platform allows you to browse through a range of online courses, select the ones you are interested in and complete them at a time to suit you. The courses are not CPD/CME accredited, however after finishing a course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion which indicates the suggested value of CPD/CME learning from the module. You can also add reflective notes that provide the opportunity to record your learning and potentially increase your CPD/CME credits.
All courses and modules have been created by medicolegal experts and will assist you in minimising your exposure to complaints and increase patient safety.
Our E-learning modules are available free of charge to MPS members as a benefit of membership.
