Whilst you are a student it is unlikely that you will be subject to a claim against you - however, our 24-hour helpline is open to any member with a medicolegal emergency.

Medicolegal talks
All our in-house advisers have practised clinical medicine and have received legal training. They regularly visit medical schools throughout the UK and Ireland to talk to medical students about the sorts of dilemmas that they may face once qualified.
