Our annual surveys ask for the views of members who have used our services – either for advice or membership information. In both areas members have again given our services an exceptionally high rating.
Medicolegal advice
Members want to be certain that, when they need advice, it is professional and high quality. More than 1000 members who had previously contacted MPS for advice gave their views on the service they had received.
- 97% said they would recommend MPS medicolegal and legal services to
colleagues. - 92% gave an overall score of their experience of good, very good or excellent.
- 83% said that the service they received from the MPS medicolegal adviser they spoke with was better than other service organisations they dealt with.
Membership Services
Our team of membership advisers offers a high quality, front-line service to members and ensures that members’ details are accurately maintained.
Most members contact us by phone and more than 600 gave their views on the service they received.
- 95% gave an overall score of their experience of good, very good or excellent.
- 91% said that the service they received from MPS membership services was better than other service organisations they dealt with.
- 91% said their call was answered immediately or after a few rings.
