If you are in any doubt over a medicolegal issue we would encourage you to get in touch and ask our advice. There is no stigma attached, and we would rather you asked now and avoid a problem, rather than hope for the best and find yourself in difficulties later.
If sending a query by email, please do not include any personal information about patients, in the interests of confidentiality.
