David Croser

David gained his BDS from Birmingham in 1971 and spent a period in general dental practice in the Midlands. He obtained his LDS, RCS (Eng) from the Royal College of Surgeons, London, and later, his MFGDP (UK) from the Faculty of General Dental Practice. After establishing a private practice in central London, he co-founded a dedicated dental facility for patients living with HIV disease in London, and was the clinical lead for 20 years. David's textbook on infection control was published in 1989.
He has experience of private practice, Community Dental Service and corporate dentistry. He writes regularly for a number of dental publications and is a member of the Advisory Board of Dental Practice. He joined Dental Protection in 1999 as a Dentolegal Adviser with a particular responsibility for managing its publications. He also co-ordinates media relations, sits on the editorial board for the Caribbean issue of Casebook and is involved with the development of the DPL website.
