Carlotta Pidgeon

Solicitor and High Claims Manager

Carlotta Pidgeon is responsible for UK and international claims, as well as managing high value West Indies claims for West Indies corporates.

She was educated at the University of Western Australia, where she gained her BA, B.Jusris, LLB.

Carlotta was admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in 1991; the Supreme Court of Australia in 1992 and also to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995.

She spent eight years in private practice, gaining experience in civil litigation and specialising in defendent clinical negligence. Carlotta has previously worked for two of the major defendant clinical negligence firms (Hempsons 1994-1997; Capsticks 1997-1999) before joining MPS in 2000.
