Antoinette Coltsmann’s area of expertise is in managing clinical negligence claims.

Antoinette gained an LLB Honours at University College, London, going on to complete her professional qualifications at the College of Law, London.

Antoinette trained as a solicitor at Edwards Duthie Solicitors and worked in private practice until 2002 specialising in claimant personal injury litigation. In 2002 Antoinette moved in-house to the NHS Litigation Authority to specialise in clinical negligence acting on behalf of NHS Hospital Trusts.

In 2006 Antoinette joined MPS where she manages UK and international claims brought against individual doctors, group practices and private hospitals, including high value Caribbean claims.
